<p>A few weeks ago we painted these beautiful sunflowers.  It took me a while to post them because two children were absent on that day and I wanted to wait until they painted their pictures, too.  What gave us the idea was seeing sunflowers blooming everywhere.  They are such a tall and proud flower.  We also looked at Vincent van Gogh&#8217;s sunflowers before we drew ours. </p>
