We had the best day today. Even though we didn’t have snow we had a great Winter Carnival Day. All the elementary classes participated. We had 4 stations to participate in. Three stations were outside. Mrs. Lauzier, our Vice Principal was dressed in hockey gear and kids tried to score on her. We noticed some future hockey stars – like our own Amelie. One station was inside in the gym. There was an obstacle course. We ended with some hot chocolate and a tug of war. It was so much fun. Thanks to the Cycle Three teachers and their students for organizing all the fun activities.

Welcome to our Blog. We are a class of 20 first grade students living in Quebec, Canada. Most of us started our Kindergarten year speaking only in French. Now we can speak English, too. What a great video to remember our carnival day. I had a great time to defend the net!! I wasn;t too successful and we stopped count after 200 shots scored!! I will start training for next year.
LOL! My daughter was telling me about how she scored a bunch of times against Mrs. Lauzier!! I think her favorite part of the day was the hot chocolate though… sorry!
